SOKSAN Group grew out of one football pitch in Siem Reap — and into a school, a kitchen, a wellness line, a travel desk and a foundation. All of it built on the same idea: sport makes people, and people make a community.
SOKSAN started with a passion for football and a conviction that young people in Siem Reap deserved somewhere to belong. The pitch came first. Then the children who kept turning up wanted coaching, so a soccer school followed. Their families wanted somewhere to eat and wait, so a kitchen opened beside the touchline.
Nothing here was planned on a whiteboard. Each venture answered a need we watched arrive at the gate. That is still how we decide what to build next.
“We think a business should be measured twice — once by what it earns, and once by who it lifts.”
The long-term goal is simple to say and hard to do: become a Cambodian brand people trust, because of how we treat the community we came from.
Each one stands on its own — and each one feeds the others.

Separate age groups all the way up — from six-year-olds learning a first touch, to teenagers training at academy and professional level. Qualified international coaches take the sessions alongside our Khmer coaches, and scholarship places keep a spot open for families who need one.
While the children train, the touchline belongs to their parents. Healthy shakes, nutrition, quality coffee and wellness products, plus fitness classes — a full routine for adults to stay strong in body and steady in mind.
Coming to Siem Reap for a tournament? We arrange the whole trip — rooms, transport and match-day logistics for visiting teams and the families with them. You focus on the competition; we handle the rest.
Passing through Siem Reap? Visitors ask to join a game here most weeks. Message us before you arrive and we will find you a side — and if you are travelling with a team, we will take care of the trip as well.
Get in touchSixteen hours, every day. Here is roughly how they go.
Gates open. Fitness groups and adult five-a-side take the cool hours while the grass is still wet.
Soccer School age groups rotate through in coaching blocks. Parents take the shaded tables; the kitchen starts early.
The busiest block of the day — club nights, friendlies and league fixtures, played under lights until late.
Khmer and Western plates, a cold drink on the house for players, and the match back on the screen before anyone goes home.
Youth tournaments, charity matches and Foundation days, when the whole place is given over to the community.
The Foundation is how the group gives back on purpose rather than by accident. Football is the door; what happens after a child walks through it is the point.
We work with partners, schools, sponsors and volunteers, and we would rather be judged on what we can show than on what we announce.
Sponsorship here is not a logo on a banner nobody reads. It is a shirt a child wears twice a week, a tournament that fills the pitch, a scoreboard the whole neighbourhood watches.
Your contribution lands on one pitch, in one town, with names attached.
Players, parents, schools and visitors pass through every single day.
Respect, health, discipline and community — the kind of association that ages well.
Photos, numbers and a plain account of where the money went.
The easiest way to understand what SOKSAN is: come when the pitch is full. Tell us when you are in Siem Reap and we will tell you what is on.
Telegram is fastest — it is where bookings, fixtures and most conversations already happen.
